DEPUTATION BLESSINGS

Deputation can be challenging. Thousands of miles, hundreds of phone calls...and that was just over the weekend! Deputation also comes with its blessings as any honest missionary will tell you. Today I am able to sit outside making phone calls while my two-year-old plays in the sandbox someone graciously gave to us. I can enjoy the sun and shade, a cup of coffee, all while doing the task God has called me to. Sure, deputation has its difficulties, and it sure can be tiring...but not today. Today, like everyday, I am blessed to be a servant and child of God. We are so thankful that the Lord gives us quiet days of sunshine to remind us that His blessings to us are many!
